Get on the FAST TRACK and challenge yourself! It's like Project Runway but for beginners!
PRE-REQ: Sewing Basics I or equivalent experience is required.
Project Make is 7 weeks of challenges and workshops in sewing & design.
INCLUDES TEACHINGS IN: Sewing, Screen Printing, Fabric Dyes, Serger, Patterns, Sewing without Patterns, Using Various Fabrics (Knits, Wovens, Stretchy Fabrics, etc), notions & techniques: zippers, buttons, button holes, darts, pleats, skirts, dresses, pants, tops, etc.
6 Weeks of Challenges and Workshops + 1 Working Day
Class Includes All Supplies on site, Fabric for your challenges, and a Dressform that is yours to keep!
The first hour of each session is used to teach you a new skill/technique and your challenge for the week will be based on that teaching. You will be able to work on the challenge the remainder of that class and even take it home. Each challenge is due the following Sunday. Each Sunday following the first the workspace will open at 12pm, allowing you 2 extra hours per week to work on your projects and use our studio.
Challenges are fun and will push you to limits you thought might take years to reach! This really is a class for beginners, we promise! Just take Sewing Basics I and jump on in!
Space is Limited and this class sells out everytime, so be sure to register early!

Some students may have to miss 1 class, while this is not advisable, it does happen. Please note we will need to know about any absences the first week of class to make arrangements. The following dates are not ok to miss: 1st class / 5th class |
