Call us with any questions you might have about this course!  We are here to help.

Want to learn how to sew in a jiffy? Project Make is like Summer Camp for Adults, its the crash course in all things sewing and design! In just 6 weeks (Sundays only from 2-6pm) you will be submerged in sewing and design demonstrations, lessons and challenges, just like Project Runway!

Worried you don't know enough to join this class? We know you do!  This class is taught as a building block process, so don't worry that you will get lost, we won't let you.  Will you feel a bit overwhelmed? Sure!  Thats the clue that you are challenging yourself.

How does this work?

Each Sunday, we will present, teach, demonstrate new skills and processes for the first 30-45 minutes of class.  Then we will present you with the supplies and a challenge to complete.  You will work on this challenge for the remainder of class, with our guidance and help.  You may also take your project home with you to work on, it will be "due" the following Sunday at the start of class.  After the first week, we will come in at noon, giving you 2 hours of workspace time in which you can finish up anything you didn't have time to do during the week or come in early and ask questions you came to during the project.  This time (12-2pm) is not a required part of the class and is for use as needed.

How much time will I need to work on this during the week?

That is up to each student, when planning your project you will be able to see how much work is involved and plan your projects according to your time allowance, we can help with this.  We estimate that each student generally spends 1-4 hours per week outside of class on their projects.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, we now have a payment plan.  Its 50% to register and the other 50% will be charged on the 1st day of class.  We run all cards on our site manually, so just put in the notes section that you are doing the 50/50 plan and we will only run you for the half amount.

Will I need any supplies for this class?

Nope!  All fabrics, notions, supplies are provided for you in the cost of the class.  When we use knits, we will set out our big stash of knits and you get to freely shop for what you need for your project, just like on project runway!

We do encourage you to bring your own "tools", like scissors, rulers, pins, etc.
