If
is during the application window that you enter your email address, it
will take a few hours to receive your application. We try to
attend to that 2 times most days during application season.

Please
note that the details such as fees, times, etc are only sent during
application times, as with each show, location, etc these things can
change a little. We also always tweak our shows based on vendor
feedback.
- Each Bazaar requires a new application
- All Items in the Urban Bazaar must be handcrafted by the designer
- We
have various sizes/spaces. This information will be provided with
the application and will always depend on our location, number of
vendors and other situations.
- Applications will be taken over the period of 1 month and judged by our jury as they come in.
- Vendors will be notified 4-6 weeks in advance of the show of their acceptance.
- There
is a 60% Deposit of your total Costs due upon acceptance of your
application. This is usually within 48 hours of receiving your
application.
- Spaces per category are limited and filled by the jury vote.
- All
other information is provided only in the application, so please be
sure to join our email newsletter and check the box that indicates you
are an interested vendor
