This is a great introduction to warm (fused) glass. Learn the basics warm glass techniques to cut, grouse, grind and fit fusing glass to build a modern 7" platter, plate or 2 tiles. Plates or Tiles will be ready for pick the day after class date.
You will learn to design using powder, frit, and stringers.
Learn to use "slumpers" in the kiln to define your platter and it's shape.
Goggles and Closed Toed Shoes are mandatory. See various photos for samples of what you can do in this class! Your imagination is the limit here.
Goggles will be available at the glass for 5.00 cash if needed. |
